Full Time Positions

1. Systems Engineer

• 3 Years’ plus IT Support Experience
• Windows Server 2012 / 2016 – Installation, Upgrades, Support
• Hyper-V installation (inc. clustering preferably)
• VMWare ESXI installation/upgrades/support
• Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 migration
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Network Design and Cisco Router/Switch configuration
• Microsoft Azure
• Windows Desktop OS 7/8.1/10
• Must have excellent written/spoken English
• Clean driving license and own transport
• Microsoft server MCSA/MCSE qualifications preferable

Full time salary of £24-27K.

Part Time Positions

1. Inside Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work alongside the Managing Director at our Uckfield offices.

Applicants must have experience in an IT Services/Managed Service Provider account management environment. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Must have excellent attention to detail and be self-motivated and computer literate to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing quotations/proposals as per client requirements and obtaining sign off.
  • Liaising with Operations team to facilitate customer order.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Make regular contact with existing customers to ensure the service they are receiving is as expected. Check on any up-coming business plans that may involve it/telecoms requirements etc. Inform customers of any new products/services we may have available.
  • New business appointment setting for Managing Director.
  • Handling in-bound service and product queries from potential new customers.
  • Keep information up to date in our CRM system (Dynamics 365).

Part-time, up to 20 hours per week. Salary rate of £12-14 per hour depending on experience.

2. Operations Administrator

We are looking for an operations administrator to assist the Managing Director and Operations Director at our Uckfield offices.

Applicants must be highly self-motivated, task-oriented and computer literate to a high standard . Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Experience in the IT industry would be desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling jobs/liaise with clients on job scheduling.
  • Liaising with suppliers and assist in purchasing/booking in of items for projects.
  • Documenting procedures.
  • Checking procedures are being followed.
  • Keep information up to date in our CRM system (Dynamics 365).

Part-time, up to 20 hours per week. Salary rate of up to £11 per hour.
