Our helpdesk is prioritised for our contract customers so we are unable to give you a guaranteed response time without a contract.

Our fees for assisting you are as follows:

Remote Assistance

£ 45 + VAT  (£54 including VAT)  for an initial 30 minutes (billed in advance). Any further assistance will be invoiced at the same rate. If you do not have a current credit account with us you can use the button below to pay.




On-site Labour

£ 90 + VAT (£108 including VAT) for an initial 60 minutes (billed in advance). Any further assistance will be invoiced at the same rate. If you do not have a current credit account with us you can use the button below to pay.




Please note that our services are for business clients only. Any parts used on-site will be billed separately.

Our UK service centre lines are open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Please note that calls to our helpdesk may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
